Homeowner blues

We returned from a weekend trip to Atlanta to find that our hotwater heater had gone out. Luckily, as I have mentioned before, J.Paul is very handy and he and his dad were able to replace our old one. I also noticed yesterday as I was cleaning the kitchen that our disposal isn't working. Augh! Hopefully that won't have to be replaced, maybe it can be fixed. Keep your fingers crossed for me. The bright side to all of this is that we've never had to replace anything major in the 3 years we've been in this house.
