Amzie and Evan's birthday party was Saturday night. We ended up just doing a family party because this was also Kirk's temple day and I didn't want to take away from that. Amzie said she wanted a pink party and Evan is not into anything yet so I decided to do a pink and blue party. Amzie got lots of Dora stuff which she loved and Evan finally got some boy toys. It was fun. Evan's original birthday cake got glass in it (a glass broke near it and we didn't want to take any chances). So he just had a cupcake but he devoured the whole thing. When I first put it down in front of him he just went face first, mouth open. He was ready for some cake! This may be the first and last combined party. We'll see how it goes next year.

Look at that Amzie. What a 'cheese'. The cake is gorgeous and I love the shaved chocolate. I bet Evan's was just a wonderful. Shame about the glass. I bet you were only slightly upset.
