I had hoped I would have these rock-hard, chiseled abs by now. I can definitely tell a difference, I am stronger but am still kickin a pretty thick layer of flab over said "stronger abs". Does anyone have any suggestions? When I say suggestions, that doesn't include suggesting that I change my diet because haven't you seen the post I did on snacks? Can't be giving up that snacky goodness. So if you have any suggestions, other than altering my diet, they will be welcomed here. J.Paul told me that the people that have abs like that do like 1000 crunches a day. That comment was not welcomed either. Basically I'm looking for a suggestion like "Keep your chin up, Mar, it'll happen" or "I know of this miracle pill that will instantaneously transform flab to fab!" You know, something along those lines. So, any suggestions?

I like Carolyn's idea. Definitely the easiest way out. You probably to need to eat more protein to help you build muscle. And hate to tell you but it's hard to burn fat when you keep putting it in your mouth. Trust me, I know from experience. I was reading something the other day about getting back your pre baby belly and they said crunches are not the best way because they target the exterior muscles and you should focus more on the interior. I think it was in Fit Pregnancy at the doctors office. Maybe you could see if the have a website. Good luck.
Maybe you should try crystal meth. You will get Skeletor-skinny and all of your teeth will fall out. So it's a win-win. Can't eat all them snacks with out teeth. Oh, just one down side. Death.
